Angie Harmon is an American model and actress who has appeared in number of films and TV series through time. The model started out as a model, but once she was recognized internationally, she made the decision to attempt acting. She began her acting career by appearing in the television show of 1995 called 'Baywatch Nights. In addition to voice work Harmon voiced an animated version of Batman Beyond': Return of the Joker. Harmon began focusing on film around the time of 2000. She then ceased working on television series. Then, in the mid 2000s the actress returned to television shows after appearing in a number of films. She was among the few models whose photos of their naked bodies appeared in the 2008 issue of 'Allure Magazine'. The role of the detective Jane Rizzoli was her most notable work on the TNT show Rizzoli & Isles. Her role as detective was highly regarded and she received numerous prizes.
